Welcome Providers

We are pleased to announce that Community Health Options’ new claims clearinghouse, Availity, is online and accepting submission of electronic claims. Although we are exploring the direct entry option for the submission of claims, the functionality is not in place currently. As a reminder, if you have not already done so, please immediately notify your clearinghouse that Availity will now host Community Health Options’ payer ID so we can receive your claims.

We will continue to provide updates via email. Please sign up for our distribution list here. If your billing systems have been impacted by this cyberattack and you are unable to submit an electronic claim, please view our Paper Claims Submission policy.
